" On September 27, the day of my wedding, my six bridesmaids, my mother, my godmother and I spent the day at Aprile's. I cannot think of a better way to spend the day of your wedding! We were greeted with champagne, juice or water in wine glasses and we sat down outside at the table under the umbrella to work on the seating arrangements. Lorraine was perfectly prompt and two of the girls went in to get their hair washed, heads massaged and their hair set.
I felt pampered and coddled all day, just as a bride should! Lorraine's assistant washed my hair, then put in the warm curlers. Lorraine put up my hair with a veil comb and it looked simply astonishing! Her assistant did my make-up, exactly the way I wanted her to (not too much or too heavy, but enough to make a difference in the pictures). We rotated between relaxing upstairs and last minute work that needed to be done out on the veranda. Lorraine and her staff even offered to order lunch for us!
It was the perfect start to the perfect day. I would recommend it to absolutely any bride!"

' I can't possibly explain the difference it made to my daughters wedding to have Jackie and Lorraine there doing hair and make -up for all of the bridesmaids ! so many of the girls had travelled from out of town and had not seen each other for a long time . Spending the afternoon together being pampered was a true highlight of the wedding weekend. It was a great oppertunity for them to catch up with each other and gave the bride the chance to really connect with each bridesmaid . My Granddaughter was in heaven watching all of the '' princesses'' get ready for the big event.Jackie and Lorraine made a huge impression . Their personalities and advice on hair and make-up made for lasting memories!!

Weddings and Special Occasions
The Lorraine Aprile Salon specializes in wedding up-dos and bridal parties. We can 
arrange hair and make-up application for your wedding party the day of, or before the big day!
If your Bridal Party consists of a large group, it may be possible to have exclusive use of the salon. Please consult us for more information. Catering a breakfast or a light lunch is also an option.
Our salon offers a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace or outside on a sunny morning on our private patio for you and your friends to start your day together.
What to Expect - Your Consultation / Trial Run
You will meet with Our Stylists to discuss the details of your special event, review a photo album of wedding hairstyles, and schedule a trial run. Please bring in photos of styles you like, photo of your dress, as well as any hair accessories you wish to use. When you schedule your appointment for the wedding day, we will require a credit card to hold the appointment.
We cannot stress enough the importance of booking well in advance.
Plan ahead effectively:
Schedule your trial on a day where you can show off your special wedding updo! We will take digital photos for you, or we recommend you bring in a camera.
